We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though their English skills were limited. The hotel facilities were nice, especially the direct access to the thermal complex. The breakfast and dinner included in our stay were fantastic, with a wide variety of tasty food to choose from.

Hotel offers low standard with high price. I have already been in other hotels in Buk where with similar price one have much higher standard. Awfull bathroom. Room key with big wooden "something" - I needed special case to carry it ... No electrical plug in room ... Furnitures with scratches ... No swimming pool ... Waiter in restaurant don't speak english ... No more ...

Likes the hotel offered great access to a nearby thermal complex, which was fantastic for my Easter holiday. the food was one of the best aspects of the hotel, with a varied selection for breakfast and dinner. the location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transport.
the room was outdated and uncomfortable, with old furniture and noisy fans.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the nearby Bükfürdő spa and wellness center. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was standard, but clean. the receptionists were helpful and friendly, providing above average service.
The quality of the food served in the hotel's restaurant was average at best.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the thermal pools and surrounded by beautiful nature. The New Year's Eve dinner was a delightful experience, with a great variety of good quality food and a festive atmosphere. We also enjoyed the hot springs and saunas, which were clean and relaxing.
The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. The staff seemed to lack proper training, and some had poor English skills, making communication a challenge at times.
